Question: How do I change the timezone for reminders and auto reports.
You can update your organisation’s timezone directly from the Client Dashboard.
The Time Zone setting controls when automated reminders, approval notifications, and scheduled reports are generated and sent. By default, the system uses AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time), but you can change this to match your organisation’s local region.
Updating the timezone ensures all scheduled activities align with your team’s working hours.
Tip:
If your organisation operates across multiple regions, choose the timezone of your head office or main reporting location to keep scheduling consistent.
