Question: How do I update or change the reminders email header.
To update or change your reminder email header, log in to your ApprovalPro account and click Profile on the top right of the main menu.
From the left-hand menu, select Reminders.
Scroll down to Reminder Email Customisations, where you can upload your own email header image.
Your image must be 610px wide by 241px high, and in PNG or JPG format. You can also choose to use the default ApprovalPro reminder banner if you prefer.
